📋 Description

• Responsible for the overall success of and the relationship between the Customer’s Operation, Motorola Subcontractors, and Motorola Solutions • Support valued customers through account invoicing and customer support • Support other team members and functions to sustain vital network operations • Serve STARCOM21, a statewide land mobile radio partnership supporting Illinois first responders, law enforcement agencies, and fire agencies

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's Degree OR 3+ years of experience in a Technical Customer Support or Public Safety environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite of Applications • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required • Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position • Travel under 10% • Relocation not provided
