📋 Description

• Process insurance applications accurately and efficiently • Review applications for completeness, identifying and requesting missing information • Verify customer data using internal systems and/or direct customer communication • Assess applications to determine whether they meet basic underwriting requirements • Ensure accuracy of data files and resolve inconsistencies in submitted information • Prepare and send correspondence related to member insurance notices and policy requests • Issue insurance coverage materials upon successful application processing • Accurately enter key application data into multiple systems • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with enrollment policies and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel • Experience with CRM systems and database management (preferred) • Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Effective time management and organizational abilities
