📋 Description

• Network with benefit brokers and employers to identify employer group prospects interested in worksite LTC solutions • Cold call, research leads, and network to find potential clients • Present LTC products and services to potential clients • Suggest suitable LTC solutions tailored to client needs • Educate prospects about LTC insurance • Engage with clients via email, phone, video conferencing, and in-person meetings • Establish positive client relationships • Create proposals, prepare quotes and sales presentations, and update CRM tools • Shadow seasoned consultants to learn best practices and strategies

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree required • Proficiency in MS Office Suite • Excellent written and verbal communication • Strong interpersonal skills • Time management and adaptability • Experience in networking, developing leads, and researching potential clients • Ability to obtain a producer’s license within 3 months after hire • Maintain state insurance licensing and continuing education for LTC products • Preferred: Prior sales experience in a related employee benefits field
