📋 Description

• Perform all aspects of client field work meeting client objectives as defined in scope of services under the direct supervision of senior consultant and above • Apply area of expertise relative to client engagements and perpetually build knowledge base and strengthen area of expertise • Execute solid analysis, delivering creative and practical solutions for client engagements • Deliver urgent responses to existing client inquiries • Attain revenue objectives • Adhere to engagement budget constraints and complete assigned tasks within the time requested • Maintain systems proficiency to enhance client services delivery • Participate in business development activities, including memberships in qualified organizations or regular business contacts capable of referring potential engagements and cross-serve opportunities • Meet annual sales goals if applicable to position • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required • 3 years of experience in related field • Achieve Professional certifications relative to area of expertise, must have and preserve required licenses • Must be able to work in a team environment • Proven presentation skills to deliver clear, engaging, and persuasive presentations in meetings, workshops, and client interactions • Proficient use of applicable technology • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing within all levels of an organization, both internally and externally • Must be able to travel based on client and business needs
