📋 Description

• Search and confirm travel reservations for customers • Understand client travel policies and provide consistent consultation • Fulfill requests regarding DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other regulations • Provide industry information including low fares, exchange costs, and penalties • Review operational processes and commercial relationships and suggest improvements • Maintain, communicate, and expand knowledge of supported travel industries • Respond to current and prospective client requests and help them travel smart

🎯 Requirements

• Travel agent experience • Relevant skills in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English • Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes • Flexibility regarding work schedules, including possible day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts • Ability to work 7:00 a.m. - 7 p.m. CST schedule • Must be based in the United States
