📋 Description

• Provide objective retirement plan guidance aligned with the needs of plan sponsors and eligible employees • Conduct individual and group presentations in person or via video technology • Improve awareness of retirement plan features and grow plan assets • Deliver enrollment meetings, age-based financial education meetings, and financial literacy meetings • Participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations • Participate in annual plan reviews and financial education planning • Assist the Relationship Manager and/or District Vice President with targeted education campaigns • Increase plan participation and deferral rates • Meet with participants and eligible employees to educate them about plan participation • Travel within the assigned territory for new plan enrollments as required

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required • Bachelor's Degree preferred • Series 7 and Series 66 preferred • Appropriate state insurance licenses required • CFP, ChFC, or similar designations desirable • Excellent presentation skills • Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus • Must not have made political contributions that would disqualify the candidate or Corebridge Financial under applicable pay-to-play regulations • Selected applicants must disclose U.S. political contributions made by themselves and household family members over the past two years
