📋 Description

• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data using software and manual manipulation techniques • Interpret and present results to staff and stakeholders using graphs, charts, or visualization mapping • Extract and shape data from internal and external sources to develop usable reports and presentations • Make data visually appealing and easy for end-users to navigate and comprehend • Aggregate data from various sources to construct streamlined data pipelines and integrate multiple systems • Build and maintain Customer Journey Analytics data views, segments, calculated metrics, and Workspace projects • Identify key metrics and build executive-facing dashboards • Identify business levers, establish cause and effect, perform analyses, and communicate findings to stakeholders • Validate data, sanity-check numbers, and QA deliverables before client delivery • Stay current on industry trends and emerging analytics technology • Improve Merkle's analytical tools, techniques, and processes • Package interim and final deliverables for reuse by other Merkle teams, including rationale and metadata • Contribute to innovation, process improvement, and standardization • Maintain project plans, manage day-to-day tasks, and meet deadlines • Work across teams to ensure client satisfaction • Present to small and large audiences, on camera and occasionally in person • Use AI tools and adapt to new technology • Debug webpages to identify data passed into web analytics tools

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a US citizen and be prepared to pass a US Government background check, including physical fingerprinting at a US Passport office • Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.) or equivalent experience in statistics, analytics, economics, or a related quantitative field • Hands-on experience with BI and digital analytics tools, including Tableau and Power BI • 2+ years of experience in quantitative analysis, ideally in a marketing or agency context • Adobe Certified Professional – Adobe Customer Journey Analytics Business Practitioner (exam AD0-E608) or higher, and/or 1+ years of demonstrated hands-on experience with Adobe CJA • Advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint skills • Preferred: 2+ years using Adobe Analytics to build Workspace projects, segments, and calculated metrics • Preferred: Experience with Adobe Experience Platform data collection or schema design • Preferred: Agency or consulting experience working across multiple concurrent clients
