📋 Description

• Provide financial planning and guidance to Fidelity’s Workplace Investing executive clients • Build, maintain, and deepen relationships with executives and management leaders of Workplace benefit plan clients • Serve as a primary financial planning resource for executives with typically $3 million or less in combined workplace and retail assets • Support less complex planning needs, including college funding, savings strategies, and early retirement planning • Collaborate with Managing Directors, Benefits Planning Consultants, Benefits Relationship Managers, and other Executive Services professionals • Refer executives with higher asset levels or more sophisticated planning needs to Vice President, Executive Planning Consultants • Manage and deepen executive relationships through ongoing guidance and mentorship • Deliver financial planning, retirement income, investment strategy, and product recommendations tailored to executive clients • Incorporate executive benefits and plan provisions into comprehensive financial plans • Build and grow a book of business through referrals, seminars, and workplace-sponsored events • Identify, pursue, and follow up on opportunities to gather additional client assets • Demonstrate Fidelity products and services to meet executive needs and drive client engagement and conversion • Develop understanding of client companies’ cultures, executive populations, and benefit plans • Help clients understand the financial impact of benefit changes • Meet executives’ immediate and long-term needs through client-centered advice, planning, and guidance • Travel up to 25% as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Series 7 and 66 licenses required • Insurance license required or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred • CFP (Certified Financial Planner) designation encouraged • CEP (Certified Equity Professional) designation encouraged • Experience working with executives and employee benefit plans • Demonstrated ability to understand clients’ unique financial situations and recommend appropriate solutions • Strong knowledge of brokerage, insurance, investment management, estate planning, financial planning, and retirement planning • Ability to integrate Fidelity’s planning, guidance, and service technology while navigating complex regulatory and licensing requirements • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Exceptional presentation skills in both one-on-one and group settings • Strategic thinking with the ability to influence executive decision-making • Strong practice, territory, and project management skills with a track record of effective execution • Travel up to 25% as needed • Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position
