📋 Description

• Maintain an assigned caseload and provide single-point coordination for all phases of international relocation activities on behalf of the client • Demonstrate knowledge of Cartus products and services and deliver them according to Cartus and client standards, programs and policies • Manage CAD reports to ensure Service Status Maintenance compliance and move milestones • Maintain and enhance relationships with internal Cartus departments and external suppliers • Manage and maintain data within Cartus systems to meet Cartus and client audit requirements • Identify improvements related to services, processes and policies • Identify and promote opportunities to generate increased revenue • Participate in special projects as needed • Administer relocation policies and programs for international assignees • Counsel assignees on international life-cycle milestones and authorized benefits and services • Coordinate household-goods shipments, destination services and expense management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required • Previous experience with international relocation required • Experience living or working abroad preferred • 2-3 years customer service experience required • Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software and systems, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills • Ability to be proactive and excel in a fast-paced environment • Customer advocacy and superior customer service skills • Strategic thinking, strong judgment and decision-making skills • Interpersonal and influencing skills • Detail orientation and ability to multitask • Strong relationship management skills • Organizational and planning skills • Excellent problem analysis and problem-solving ability • Ability to understand and adapt to customer, client and business needs • Independent thinking and ability to work well in a team • Cultural awareness • Ability to be flexible and manage stress and pressure
