📋 Description

• Search and confirm travel reservations for customers • Consult customers based on their travel policies • Fulfill requests regarding DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other regulations • Provide industry information including low fares, exchange costs, and penalties • Review operational processes and commercial relationships and suggest improvements • Maintain, communicate, and expand knowledge of supported travel industries • Communicate and respond to current and new clients

🎯 Requirements

• Travel agent experience • Relevant skills in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English • Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes • Flexibility regarding work schedules, including possible day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts • Ability to work the stated schedule of 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. CST
