📋 Description
• Take inbound calls from members to provide technical assistance for issues related to use of recreational vehicles • Thoroughly investigate claims and verify eligibility • Maintain positive customer relationships • Manage a high call volume • Work independently and in a team atmosphere • Adapt and use critical thinking and problem-solving skills
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 1-2 years claim handling experience • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and industry standard web applications • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Minimum of 3-5 years claim handling experience (Preferred) • Bilingual (Preferred)
