📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify clients' unique risk profiles and insurance requirements across personal lines and specialty coverages • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families • Develop and present tailored insurance solutions, including policy structures, coverage limits, and premium considerations • Serve as the primary client contact, providing proactive communication and resolving inquiries and issues • Collaborate with underwriters, claims adjusters, and other specialists to ensure seamless client service • Monitor industry trends, market changes, and new product offerings • Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities • Participate in networking and prospecting activities to expand the private client portfolio • Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and renewal documents

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in personal lines insurance, with a strong focus on high-net-worth clients • Valid Property & Casualty insurance license is required • Demonstrated expertise in complex personal insurance products, including homeowners, auto, umbrella, fine art, jewelry, and other specialty coverages • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships and exceeding service expectations • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills • Ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely • Proficiency in agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Professional designations such as CPCU, CPRIA, CISR, or AAI are a plus
