📋 Description
• Identify specific stop loss claimants and prepare data for claim entry • Build dashboards and present insights to leadership • Drive continuous improvement projects • Lead data coordination initiatives for primary clients with stop loss policies outside PBM or other administrators
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in claims data analysis or operations • Analytical background in specific stop loss claims • Bachelor's degree in Business/Analytics or comparable experience
