📋 Description

• Support research efforts to develop assumptions and conduct experience analyses for health insurance products • Work on risk adjustment, pricing, and valuation analyses • Collaborate hands-on with staff actuaries and analysts • Help ensure the accuracy of premiums for health products • Help ensure the appropriateness of reserve estimates • Help ensure the completeness of financial statements

🎯 Requirements

• Active college student in an accredited college or university who has completed a minimum of two years of college • Recent college graduates eligible • Students enrolled in a master's or doctoral program in an accredited college or university eligible • Must provide transcripts • Majors in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Finance, or Statistics preferred • Reside in Eastern or Central Time Zone preferred • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Interest in emerging technologies, including AI and automation, and their application to actuarial and business challenges • Able to prioritize, work independently, and effectively manage time and resources • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Appropriate decision-making skills • Minimum GPA of 2.75 • Sponsorship is not available for this role
