📋 Description

• Support Operational Oversight and Compliance initiatives through operational reporting, data analysis, process oversight, and Excel-based reporting • Monitor data to meet timeliness and compliance standards • Assist with external audits and audit reviews • Identify potential issues and investigate identified issues • Support development of solutions and process improvements to enhance efficiency and resource utilization • Partner with internal teams and stakeholders on compliance activities, audit reviews, operational reporting, and process improvement • Ensure operational activities align with contractual and regulatory requirements • Provide recommendations supporting the design, development, assessment, and implementation of organizational management projects, policies, and procedures • Participate in business process improvement projects for internal business groups • Contribute to cost/benefit evaluations of external and internal resources • Analyze business requirements and production specifications to improve management operations

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in the State of Tennessee • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, compliance, or audit review • High School Diploma or equivalent • Two (2) years of technical or operational experience, or equivalent demonstrated experience through successful completion of the BlueSky program • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • Professional conduct • Auditing credentials are important • ECF CHOICES/LTSS experience preferred • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or in a team environment • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) • Proficient oral and written communication skills • Proficient interpersonal and organizational skills • Ability to work either 6:45 AM–3:15 PM CST or 7:00 AM–3:30 PM CST • Basic Excel skills, including conditional formatting, navigating worksheets, understanding rows and columns, basic formulas, sorting and filtering data, and copy-and-paste functions
