📋 Description

• Supervise a team of Business Analysts supporting corporate projects and strategic initiatives • Participate in developing Business Analysts across the enterprise, including role-specific best practices and methodologies • Partner with managers to improve enterprise requirements methodologies and drive best practice, quality, and consistency • Allocate staff according to business priorities and staff corporate projects and strategic initiatives • Support project issues and resolution efforts, including analyzing critical project issues • Provide coaching to maximize productivity and develop Business Analysts’ skills • Establish relationships with direct reports and lead or participate in projects and initiatives • Identify trends and recommend, develop, and implement business process changes • Ensure established processes support division goals • Mentor employees in core Business Analyst skills and leadership competencies • Coordinate with Human Resources and training to ensure appropriate staff training

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience • Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a business-related environment • Ability to communicate to all levels of the company • Strong organizational and project management skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficient with spreadsheet and word processing applications • Ability to work with a variety of system applications • Ability to analyze work processes and make recommendations to improve department efficiency • For remote roles, demonstrate a high level of engagement in virtual environments, including maintaining camera presence during meetings • Expert level system experience with SAP/Centric/Blue Yonder • Advanced Excel skills • Supply Chain Management operations experience • Must comply with information security and privacy policies when accessing sensitive personal information • Pre-employment substance abuse testing required
