📋 Description

• Implement filing and documentation procedures • Maintain physical and electronic files accurately and currently • Communicate with underwriters, agents, loss control specialists, and other partners regarding policy and case information • Use information to improve services, anticipate and prevent problems, and suggest improvements • Meet assigned quality and workload expectations • Implement procedure revisions or improvements as necessary • Meet production, timeliness, and quality standards • Process assigned policies and cases according to department procedures • Respond to complaints and inquiries • Identify and resolve difficulties in membership and benefits services • Support Medicare enrollment processing, eligibility maintenance, issue resolution, and operational initiatives • Analyze account-related issues and maintain membership data accuracy and integrity

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent • 1 year of experience in the healthcare industry required • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint) • Proficient oral and written communication skills • Proficient interpersonal and organizational skills • Comfortable working independently while maintaining strong collaboration with cross-functional teams • Thorough understanding of Medicare enrollment regulations and membership operations • Detail-oriented and customer-focused
