📋 Description

• Support the Senior Care Outreach and Retention team as a key point of contact for members navigating pharmacy and healthcare needs • Focus on medication adherence and member education • Provide inbound and outbound phone support regarding medications and health plan benefits • Build connections with members and address questions and concerns • Help remove barriers affecting medication adherence and health outcomes • Document member interactions • Collaborate with internal teams • Contribute to outreach efforts promoting quality care and positive health outcomes • Review, update, maintain and monitor pharmacy information for external and internal customers • Conduct outbound educational calls about medication adherence to members, prescribers and pharmacists • Motivate members to refill prescriptions and coordinate communication or scheduling with providers and pharmacies • Handle customer service inquiries and problems by telephone

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent • 2 years of experience in a retail pharmacy or comparable customer service environment required • 1 year of experience in a pharmacy setting with knowledge in medical terminology required • 1 year of technical or operational experience required • Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB or NHA) required • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint • Team player with organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills • Ability to work independently on multiple tasks involving critical deadlines with little or no supervision and as part of a team • Experience in a call center or customer service environment • Ability to conduct inbound and outbound member phone interactions
