📋 Description

• Influence the direction of enterprise AI solutions that improve workforce productivity and innovation • Serve as a senior technical voice for Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI services, and related tools • Help shape AI governance, security, compliance, and responsible adoption practices • Partner with business and technology teams • Mentor engineers and citizen developers • Turn AI ideas into scalable solutions supporting members and communities • Identify root causes and document outage details and customer impact • Respond to application degradations and outages • Lead outage calls to restore service • Perform capacity planning for end-user environments, including virtual environments • Work with third-party service providers to maintain end-to-end support • Perform maintenance and upgrades outside business hours as needed • Participate in an on-call rotation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or a related field, or commensurate experience in a professional environment, required • 5 years of experience in Information Technology required • 1 year of experience in IT engineering in an enterprise environment • Subject matter expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, and Power tools • Strong understanding of cloud technologies, security, governance, and service operations • Change management experience • Experience with enterprise collaboration, productivity, or workplace technology platforms • Knowledge of infrastructure technologies including workstations, networking, storage, virtualization, and integration between these systems • Willingness to adjust schedule for maintenance and upgrades outside business hours • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation • Sponsorship is not available for this role • Must be available for final onsite interviews at the Chattanooga, Tennessee headquarters • Candidates cannot live in California, New York, New Jersey, New Hampshire, or Massachusetts
