📋 Description

• Manage ancillary meetings connected to Congresses from registration through execution • Manage timelines, logistics, and deliverables • Coordinate attendee management, HCP invitations, registrations, travel, and on-site details • Build client and vendor relationships • Lead planning calls and advise clients on best practices • Track budgets, review billing, reconcile final costs, and communicate financial updates • Support Life Sciences client work involving Congresses, HCP engagement, and high-touch ancillary meetings • Maintain documentation, accuracy, and audit readiness in a regulated environment

🎯 Requirements

• College degree • 3+ years of experience managing ancillary meetings in conjunction with Congresses • 2+ years of account or client management experience in a structured, deadline-driven setting • 2+ years of experience managing outside vendors, sourcing services, and negotiating contracts • Pharmaceutical industry experience • Convention registration experience • International planning experience • Strong attention to detail • Experience working in a highly regulated, compliance-focused environment • Travel requirements: less than 25%
