📋 Description
• Perform high-touch service excellence to key client travelers • Accurately and efficiently handle incoming requests via multiple channels (i.e. phone, email, etc.) • Provide active travel consultation, including providing travel details and up-selling related products • Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer • Provide consultation according to the client's travel policy • Fulfill all requests regarding necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.) • Maintain and actively communicate knowledge of various travel industries supported
🎯 Requirements
• Strong skills in international reservations • Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes • Strong skills in GDS Sabre and BCD applications • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French (must)
