• Be accountable for oversight and direction of the team, including performance/activity updates with stakeholders • Ensure multi-level, strategic client relationships are being established • Support the development of client and department budget • Lead the Account Management team to develop strategic client business plans to achieve the client and BCD Travel's objectives • Explore opportunities to expand client servicing relationships through (regional or global) expansion • Negotiate all client contract terms consistent with company approval processes and commercial policy promptly
• Prior management work experience in the business travel industry • Experience as an account manager in a corporate environment • Highly effective written, oral, and presentation skills • Computer literate in business software applications • Ability and willingness to travel on a regular basis
