📋 Description

• Manage the day-to-day operations of a travel consultant team • Manage key performance indicators and workload • Provide assistance, coaching, and development to team members • Serve as the primary point of contact for team members • Lead a team of travel consultants • Use performance data to maximize team effectiveness • Develop learning programs to address short- and long-term competency gaps • Provide clients with industry information including low fares, exchange costs, and penalties • Maintain knowledge of DOT, TSA, passport, and visa regulations • Monitor global distribution system queues daily for quality control

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in the corporate travel management industry • Relevant supervising experience • Advanced skills on GDS Sabre and SAP Concur Travel • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English • Flexibility to work day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts as determined by business needs • Prior experience supporting life sciences or pharmaceutical clients and familiarity with global travel operations are preferred
