📋 Description

• Conduct user research, usability studies, and data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement • Analyze user interaction data and feedback to inform design decisions • Collaborate with UX designers on mock-ups, wireframes, user flows, and prototypes • Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and best practices • Provide actionable insights to stakeholders to improve product functionality and user engagement • Monitor and report on UX metrics and KPIs • Gather requirements and write clear, actionable user stories • Facilitate activities with internal business partners to gather business needs and requirements • Perform other duties and responsibilities inherent to the position

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience as a Product Analyst supporting User Experience (UX) initiatives • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Skilled in UX research, usability testing, and data visualization • Familiarity with design tools such as Figma and Sketch and analytics platforms • Knowledge of accessibility standards and UX best practices • Strong presentation skills for sharing findings with stakeholders • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English • Advanced User Experience research techniques such as eye-tracking and A/B testing are a plus
