📋 Description

• Partner and align with Program Management and commercial teams to support and drive customer programs forward • Proactively monitor and measure program goals, seeking opportunities for savings and process efficiencies • Provide analytical insights into the data • Focus on benchmarking, trending, data mining, and data analytics • Analyze customer travel patterns and make recommendations for cost savings and efficiencies • Assist in developing, implementing, and reporting on KPIs and SLAs • Organize, provide, or participate in training • Create customer business reviews and participate in meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Proven travel agency or travel industry experience across multiple business areas such as operations, customer relationship/account management, or technology • Solid understanding of how travel data flows from point-of-sale systems to downline systems • Knowledge of quality control processes, ETL processes, basic SQL, and travel terminology • Power BI skills required • Self-motivated and problem-solving skills • Acute attention to detail • Curiosity to deep-dive into data • Self-assuredness to ask questions
