📋 Description

• Partner and align with Program Management and commercial teams to support and drive customer programs forward • Proactively monitor and measure program goals • Seek opportunities for savings and process efficiencies • Provide analytical insights into data • Focus on benchmarking, trending, data mining, and data analytics • Analyze customer travel patterns and recommend cost savings and efficiencies to Program Management • Assist with developing, implementing, and reporting on contractually agreed KPIs and SLAs • Organize, provide, or participate in internal or customer-facing training • Create customer business reviews, customize content, and present directly to customers • Attend customer meetings virtually or in person where necessary • Act as the primary point of contact for Program Management within Client Shared Services • Create and maintain automated and non-automated report schedules • Monitor customer SLAs and notify Program Management if deliverables are at risk • Conduct data-quality audits to identify root causes, impacts, and opportunities • Travel from time to time for internal or customer meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Proven travel agency or travel industry experience across multiple business areas such as operations, customer relationship/account management, or technology • Solid understanding of how travel data flows from point-of-sale systems to downline systems • Knowledge of quality control processes, ETL processes, basic SQL, and travel terminology • Power BI skills required • Self-motivated and able to understand and solve problems • Acute attention to detail to uncover anomalies, errors, trends, and patterns • Curiosity to deep-dive into data and anticipate and answer the ‘so what’ questions • Self-assured and not afraid to ask questions
