📋 Description

• Drive execution of one or more major programs, ensuring completion on schedule and within budget • Support CareInMotion and Altera leadership with program management control on key initiatives • Develop and deliver solutions to market and internal process improvements • Define work breakdown structures, detailed tasks, and impacts on other projects • Facilitate cross-functional program teams to define, estimate, and schedule resources and program work • Ensure adherence to common processes and project management procedures • Facilitate communication and relationship management with stakeholders • Monitor performance, provide reporting, and help diagnose root causes of problems • Identify, escalate, and mitigate critical issues and scheduling risks • Functionally manage program team members and ensure they have necessary resources and talent • Build relationships across organizational functions and levels • Motivate the team and overcome difficulties • Identify, suggest, and implement process improvements • Share lessons learned from program execution

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant project management experience • Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects • Ability to define work breakdown on complex projects • PMP Certification is required • Strong and demonstrable project management skills, including influencing, communications, tracking, planning, and organization • In-depth knowledge of project and program management methodologies, tools, and techniques • Solid leadership, organizational, and communication skills • Ability to collaborate with individual contributors and business leaders to define business process issues, analyze operational efficiencies, implement creative solutions, and measure delivery results • Strong conviction in the role of program management and willingness to take on challenges • Solid understanding of the corporate environment and business metrics, with ability to propose solutions for their achievement • Bachelor's Degree or relevant business/information technology experience is preferred • Post-graduation qualifications are preferred
