📋 Description

• Search and confirm travel reservations for customers • Understand client travel policies and provide consistent consultation • Fulfill requests regarding DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other necessary regulations • Provide industry information including low fares, exchange costs, and penalties • Review operational processes and commercial relationships and suggest improvements • Maintain, communicate, and expand knowledge of supported travel industries • Communicate and respond to current and prospective client requests • Help clients travel smart and achieve more

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience as a travel agent, especially in Health Care Partners (HCP) • Advanced skills in GDS Sabre • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English • Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes • Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. CT on a dedicated account • Candidates must be based in the United States or Canada
