📋 Description

• Execute the pre-sales framework through virtual and onsite meetings • Engage customers, prospects, and partners and drive the discovery process • Lead product demonstrations and identify Workiva solution alignment with customer and prospect needs • Demonstrate expertise across Financial Reporting, GRC, and Sustainability Reporting • Develop working knowledge of relevant industries, departments, and use cases • Assist Sales in developing account plans supporting Workiva strategies and objectives • Conduct process assessments with customers • Build proofs of concept to validate requirements • Build and present partner-specific business cases • Work with implementation partners and Workiva Client Services to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term success • Develop new use cases or use existing templates to demonstrate solution impact and value • Deliver cross-domain coaching, training, or mentoring to peers as needed • Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Client Services, Scoping, and Customer Success teams

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of related experience • Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of knowledge and related career experience • Experience engaging with and presenting to business or IT managers and executives at large enterprise customers • Financial Reporting knowledge or strong aptitude and commitment to rapidly developing deep domain expertise • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills • Self-motivated with strong propensity for action, results and continuous improvement • Experience building processes from the ground up, including design, proposal, and cross-functional alignment • Proactive collaboration and feedback to product management teams to capture new customer requirements and enhancements • Ability to solve problems and articulate solutions to business problems • Hands-on technical experience with SaaS solutions, cloud technologies, and architectures preferred • Experience with high-level technical aspects of connectivity and integration (API) • Capability to gather business needs and present a value-based, compelling software demonstration preferred • Up to 40% travel • Reliable internet access when working remotely • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis • Must complete comprehensive security and privacy training
