📋 Description

• Manage an assigned portfolio of Dunkin’ franchisees • Collaborate with franchisees to set and achieve or exceed sales, profit, and network-growth goals • Coach and influence franchise organizations to deliver a consistent and safe brand experience • Facilitate annual planning and Franchise Business Review processes • Track and interpret data and analytics to guide franchisee actions and provide recommendations • Support restaurant remodels and new restaurant construction, including milestone monitoring and new-store openings • Facilitate communication between franchisees and cross-functional partners • Support operations initiatives, marketing product and promotion rollouts, and local, DMA, and regional marketing plans • Perform restaurant evaluations as needed • Coordinate franchisee training support with the Field Training Team • Ensure effective use of G&A expenses within regional parameters • Complete administrative functions and requirements in a timely manner

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum High School or GED • Minimum 5 years in supervisory management or district level multi-unit operations • Prior leadership experience • Good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent organizational skills – able to effectively manage time, plan, and work independently with minimal supervision • Must be able to build credibility and trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Able to develop and execute plans to drive results • Able to use data to inform decisions • Able to bring people together to solve problems • Resourceful and highly adaptable to changes in direction; can effectively adapt to different situations and personalities • Curious with a desire for continuous learning • Thorough understanding and knowledge of restaurant operations • Sound business and financial acumen • Skilled at consultation and strategic coaching • Compliance orientation • Big-picture orientation • Innovation and creativity • Must be willing to travel to consult with portfolio of franchisees, based upon the needs of the portfolio
