📋 Description

• Supervise the performance of direct reports • Ensure high levels of quality, productivity, and the meeting/exceeding of standard deadlines • Support the daily activities of the divisional finance department • Assign duties and examine work for exactness, neatness and conformance to policies and procedures • Work with Account Management on special financial requirements • Complete the client reconciliations for new or existing clients • Manage monthly/on-going billing and reporting to external clients • Support the finance management team in effort to maximize efficiency and accuracy of billing to increase EBITDA and cash flow • Run reporting enhancements implemented in client billing and reporting process • Support team goals annually and monitor quarterly to ensure achievement • Coach and mentor staff • Conduct annual performance evaluations and review/discuss progress quarterly

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree in accounting / finance, or equivalent experience • Prior experience in accounting / finance • Proficiency with ERP, word processing, and spreadsheets • Proficiency in SAP, ADS / Global MAX, and Microsoft Word, Excel
