📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive training solutions that ensure courses achieve stated business outcomes on time • Work closely with a Curriculum Designer before courses to provide feedback on effective material delivery • Identify problems in training material and work toward appropriate solutions • Review training material, incorporate examples as needed, and prepare for facilitation • Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment • Understand audiences and apply varied learning methodologies and concepts for maximum learning transfer and fluency in live, virtual, and personal interactions • Maintain knowledge of learning theories and techniques and apply them to training delivery • Maintain and expand knowledge of BCD Travel and industry tools, systems, processes, and procedures to facilitate courses • Evaluate new and existing personnel performance and identify additional learning opportunities or course deficiencies • Work with Subject Matter Experts to create materials

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Learning & Development at another Travel Management Company or working in a global environment • Fluent in Sabre GDS • Basic understanding of the instructional design process (ADDIE), preferred but not required • Experience working with Excel • Competency in Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint • Work with a variety of Subject Matter Experts to create materials • Demonstrate competence in training delivery and consultation • Schedule availability from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern, Monday–Friday
