📋 Description

• Design, plan, and deliver training programs supporting clients and partners • Develop and implement robust training programs using varied delivery methods • Create training materials including user guides, job aids, and visual aids • Oversee timely updates to reference guides and online resources • Deliver synchronous and asynchronous training for Revenue Cycle Management applications, including end-to-end and new release training • Facilitate small and large customer and partner training sessions using appropriate methodologies • Provide management with feedback on customer and partner learning progress • Use assessment, survey, and one-to-one session metrics to identify, communicate, and implement training improvements • Record and edit training sessions, e-learnings, product releases, and company meetings • Upload training content into the LMS • Collaborate with the sales team to design and deliver engaging solutions • Maintain compliance with Inovalon policies, procedures, and mission statement • Adhere to confidentiality and HIPAA requirements • Perform other assigned projects and duties

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ learning and development expertise, with direct experience creating and delivering educational curriculum and content • Experience and independent judgment to plan and accomplish goals • Ability to efficiently create/adapt training materials to reflect policy and procedure changes • Advanced user of Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, Visio) • Intermediate skill level with authoring tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Articulate Storyline and Camtasia Studio • Skilled user of CRM applications such as Salesforce • Excellent verbal and written customer service skillset, including the capacity to effectively assess problems and communicate solutions • Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail and ability to prioritize • Ability to work independently, assisting others as needed • Proficient knowledge of Healthcare EDI (ANSI X12, 835, 837, 270/271) is a plus • Proficient knowledge of HIPAA transaction code set is a plus • Experience using and supporting Software as a Service (SaaS) is a plus • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • Must be authorized to work in the United States • This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship
