📋 Description

• Design and develop instructor-led and computer-based training materials using adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies • Design, develop, or select course content including participant workbooks, facilitator guides, PowerPoint decks, classroom activities, job aids, eLearning scripts, business process documentation, and evaluation tools • Support multiple projects by meeting project timelines and deliverables, supporting project plan development, and providing project progress updates • Participate in instructional analysis to determine required knowledge, skills, attitudes, competencies, and learning or documentation gaps • Assess effectiveness and efficiency of materials, including instructional usability, student learning, knowledge transfer, and satisfaction • Collaborate with the team to write performance and behavioral objectives and determine appropriate learning solutions • Analyze learning situations and apply appropriate learning theories and design principles • Develop criterion-based assessments and performance measures • Consult and collaborate with internal business partners to develop training or business process documentation • Interview subject matter experts and conduct research to develop instructional content • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in curriculum development, education, organizational development, instructional design, or technical writing, or four years of work experience (Required) • Two (2) years’ experience writing business process documentation, designing instructor-led and web-based curriculum including scripts and facilitator guides, conducting business needs analyses, and familiarity with Camtasia and Articulate Storyline software (Required) • Industry certifications in instructional design, curriculum development, technical writing, or content-specific certifications, as appropriate (Preferred) • Experience with learning management system (LMS) architecture and deployment in a corporate learning environment (Preferred) • Ability to keyboard and communicate clearly and understandably in person and over the telephone • Ability to perform essential physical requirements with or without accommodation
