📋 Description

• Perform high-touch service excellence for key client travelers • Accurately and efficiently handle incoming requests via phone, email, and other channels • Serve as the primary point of contact for executive-level travelers • Provide active travel consultation, travel details, and upsell related products • Use BCD Travel tools and systems to complete requests • Search and confirm travel reservations • Understand client travel policies and guide and consult customers accordingly • Fulfill requests regarding DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other regulations • Apply travel supplier rules • Maintain, communicate, and expand knowledge of supported travel industries

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in VIP travel • Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes • Strong skills in GDS Sabre • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English • Flexibility to work day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts as determined by business needs
