📋 Description

• Lead sourcing strategy execution across assigned sites and categories • Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with BD’s strategic roadmap and category objectives • Lead procurement initiatives across multiple sites • Deliver near-, mid-, and long-term value across the Dispensing supply base • Drive cost savings, non-price value creation, inflation/price movement management, and standard cost integrity • Create long-term plans supporting organizational goals • Identify cost-saving opportunities through supply chain optimization, Kaizen events, and design-to-value initiatives • Strengthen supplier partnerships to improve performance, supply chain efficiency, resilience, innovation, and cost optimization • Lead supplier qualification processes and mitigate supplier risks • Optimize source-to-pay workflows and ensure regional supplier compliance • Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to support strategic procurement goals

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain • Experience preferably in manufacturing or healthcare • Strong understanding of category strategies • Proven negotiation skills • Ability to build a pipeline of cost-saving opportunities • Analytical ability to assess market trends and supplier capabilities • Critical and creative thinking in complex situations • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously • Excellent communication skills in English • Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with senior management and key stakeholders • Proactive, results-oriented approach • Track record of successful strategy execution
