📋 Description

• Support Fixed Asset transformation and stabilization workstreams across the Americas • Track project plans, milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and status updates • Coordinate remediation of process breakdowns, operational issues, and financial reporting risks across BD, Genpact, and regional stakeholders • Document current-state activities, pain points, process gaps, and ownership handoffs • Standardize Fixed Asset processes, governance routines, and ways of working across North America and LATAM • Define process requirements, standard operating procedures, role clarity, and escalation paths • Develop control-aligned documentation, process maps, decision points, and training materials • Identify opportunities to simplify and strengthen Fixed Asset activities • Define requirements for ERP, reporting, workflow, and automation improvements, including ServiceNow • Support data integrity, reporting accuracy, requirements definition, testing, and stakeholder readiness • Evaluate opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve control evidence and reporting effectiveness • Serve as project point of contact for regional Fixed Asset stakeholders • Facilitate working sessions, knowledge transfer, and stakeholder alignment • Develop communication, training, and adoption materials • Build relationships and influence stakeholders across a global, matrixed environment

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Record to Report and iscFinance processes; Fixed Asset experience strongly preferred • Strong understanding of statutory accounting principles, IFRS, GAAP, financial reporting, reconciliations, and internal control expectations • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or JDE, reporting tools, workflow tools, and process automation • Demonstrated experience leading finance transformation, process standardization, governance, documentation, or remediation projects • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities, drive accountability, and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced, global, matrixed environment • High emotional intelligence and strong collaboration skills • GBS and BPO experience preferred • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field • Master’s degree preferred
