📋 Description

• Administer and maintain Salesforce and CPQ, including user access, profiles, security settings, workflows, dashboards, reports, and system configurations • Serve as the primary business resource for Salesforce, CPQ, and other commercial applications • Troubleshoot system issues, resolve user inquiries, and coordinate enhancements with IT and external partners • Support system upgrades, testing, validation, and implementation activities • Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and performance reporting tools • Analyze sales performance, pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, customer trends, territory performance, and commercial metrics • Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for business leaders • Create executive-ready reports, presentations, and business reviews • Support forecasting, pipeline management, territory planning, account management, and performance tracking • Recommend process enhancements and support standardized commercial operating processes • Maintain customer, account, opportunity, product, and sales data integrity • Execute data cleansing, validation, de-duplication, and governance activities • Establish reporting standards, KPI definitions, and data quality controls • Support data alignment across Salesforce, Power BI, SAP S/4HANA, and other commercial systems • Partner with Sales, Commercial Operations, Finance, Customer Service, Marketing, and IT • Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable system, reporting, and process solutions • Develop documentation, training resources, and process guides • Train and support end users and act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Data Science, or related field • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Business Analytics, CRM Administration, or related functions • Hands-on experience administering Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform • Advanced experience with Power BI, dashboard development, reporting, and data visualization • Ability to analyze business data and provide actionable recommendations • Experience presenting insights and business recommendations to leadership teams and stakeholders • Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred • Experience within life sciences, diagnostics, healthcare, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical industries preferred • Experience supporting ERP and CRM platforms such as SAP S/4HANA preferred • Experience with Databricks, SQL, Python, or other advanced analytics tools preferred • Experience supporting forecasting, territory management, sales performance management, and commercial planning processes preferred • Experience working with customer master data, commercial reporting, and enterprise system integrations preferred
