📋 Description

• Serve as a senior federal contracting subject matter expert across the government contracting lifecycle • Support solicitations, contract awards, modifications, reporting, and closeout • Review and interpret solicitation and contract requirements and provide guidance to internal stakeholders • Coordinate with Sales, Commercial Operations, Legal, Pricing, and other partners • Identify contractual, operational, and compliance risks and support resolution efforts • Monitor contractual obligations and maintain accurate contract documentation and records • Assist with audit requests, reporting requirements, and customer inquiries • Analyze contract data and trends to support decision-making and operational improvements • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and leverage automation, artificial intelligence, and digital tools • Promote best practices and support continuous improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required and 5 years of experience in government contracting, contract management, or a related business function; or equivalent combination of education and experience • Strong understanding of federal government contracting principles and contract lifecycle management • Ability to analyze complex requirements, identify risks, and develop practical business solutions • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills • Ability to collaborate effectively across a matrix organization and influence stakeholders without direct authority • Experience with contract management systems, CRM platforms, Microsoft Excel, and related business applications • Ability to travel up to 20% • Preferred: Experience with federal contract vehicles including FSS, GSA, DAPA, BPA, or IDIQ contracts • Preferred: Experience supporting federal solicitations and proposal development activities • Preferred: Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, VAAR, and related federal acquisition regulations • Preferred: Experience using Power BI, Salesforce, CLM platforms, or other reporting and analytics tools • Preferred: Experience implementing process improvements, automation solutions, or AI-enabled business tools • Preferred: Advanced Excel and analytical skills
