📋 Description

• Lead complex, data-focused projects that transform client operations • Analyze data flows through ERP, CRM, IoT, and other workflow systems • Redesign data flows and pipelines to maintain a single source of truth and consistent reporting • Set up and maintain AWS data infrastructure, including Redshift and EC2, plus ETL/ELT and data-wrangling tools • Maintain security standards across the data ecosystem • Implement and maintain BI and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker • Integrate workflow systems including Salesforce, Epicor, and Adobe • Acquire, ingest, transform, and process data from multiple sources into modern data warehouses such as Snowflake and BigQuery • Collaborate with business teams to define KPIs, map data fields to hypotheses, and prepare data for analytics, reporting, and BI • Lead and direct Data Analysts, Data Engineers, and Data Scientists • Collaborate with client analysts, engineers, IT stakeholders, executives, business leaders, and product managers • Define project scope, milestones, deliverables, roles, and responsibilities • Assign and monitor technical workstreams and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery • Lead stand-ups, executive updates, milestone reviews, and decision gates • Own and execute the client’s data and technology roadmap • Champion scalability, performance, security, high availability, documentation, architecture standards, and agile processes • Architect scalable cloud services and delivery processes • Drive innovation, autonomy, initiative, and engagement-team execution

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of proven technology leadership experience • 4+ years of experience engineering, architecting, and delivering technology solutions • Bachelor’s degree/BS in computer science or related field mandatory • Intellectual curiosity and passion for data, technology, emerging technologies, and applied machine learning • Ability to develop client-tailored, technology-agnostic solutions • Strong communication skills, including explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Proven IT and analytics project management skills • Experience managing project delivery in agile environments/agile scrum • Strong leadership skills and ability to foster and motivate teamwork across functions • Experience building services and automated solutions on public clouds including AWS/Amazon, Azure, and GCP • Experience with scalable data services and complex system technology adoption • Deep knowledge of data architecture, data mapping, data delivery methods, and business process improvement • Ability to handle multiple critical initiatives and changing priorities independently • Experience in process redesign, operational analytics, and cross-functional stakeholder management • Ability to drive big-picture goals while maintaining attention to detail • Strong personal responsibility and accountability for high-quality work
