📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end customer projects from kick-off to closure • Ensure successful delivery of project charter, scope, product requirements, communications, and document gathering • Create and communicate project performance guidelines for internal and external stakeholders • Leverage Beamery’s implementation methodologies while managing simultaneous customer projects • Learn and demonstrate competency in the Beamery product suite • Partner with customers to deliver solution charter, scope, and success plan • Develop plans and weekly updates with customer project managers; measure, track, and evaluate progress • Manage statements of work and contracts, including change control, scope, resources, project budgets, and plan deviations • Lead customer-outcome and progress reporting, issue tracking, and budget/financial tracking • Manage day-to-day customer relationships during implementation • Manage project team resources and daily tasks; review schedules and recommend resource adjustments • Serve as escalation point, assess risks, and apply mitigating actions • Partner with Product/Engineering, Solutions Delivery, and Customer Success teams to deliver timely, high-quality deployments • Conduct post-implementation reviews to improve methodologies and delivery best practices • Travel up to 30% for in-person client meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on Project/Program Management, Implementation, or Business Analyst experience • Enterprise-level HR tech/SaaS or similar disruptive software technology industry experience ideal • Proven track record delivering complex software product implementations for high-profile customers is a huge plus • Project Management Methodology and/or Software Development Lifecycle experience • Transformation leadership qualities and organizational skills • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and juggle multiple projects • Ability to coach and develop more junior people • Excellent technical and business communication and presentation skills • Growth mindset and ability to identify and propose new solutions for long-term customer and Beamery business value • Talent/HR technology experience is a huge plus • Alignment with Beamery Values • Must be authorized to work in the US; Beamery is unable to sponsor work visas
