📋 Description

• Own strategic enterprise accounts from the first value case through renewal and expansion • Ensure deployments deliver value and prove results using metrics accepted by the customer’s finance team • Serve as executive sponsor’s named contact and trusted contact for operators • Convert pilots into production and secure renewals • Identify and close second and third missions within accounts • Build value cases before signature and prove ROI after deployment using customer data • Understand customers’ supply chains and businesses to identify new opportunities • Translate customer needs into actionable direction for technology and product teams • Collaborate with sales, project management, and forward-deployed engineering teams • Track net revenue retention, expansion revenue, and time-to-value • Report to the VP of Sales

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in enterprise software or consulting, with at least three years owning named accounts and their outcomes • Consulting background on the vendor side, such as professional services, solutions consulting, delivery, or presales at an enterprise software company; supply chain practices at large consultancies and specialist boutiques also fit • Domain depth in supply chain operations, supply chain data, or data and cloud infrastructure • Experience working with $1B+ enterprises • Credibility with Supply Chain executives and data engineering teams • Project management aptitude, including managing plans, dependencies, and customer communication • Demonstrated retention and expansion record with quantifiable results, including an account recovery example • Comfortable holding technical conversations about data without writing code • SQL, data modelling, or familiarity with Snowflake or Databricks is helpful but not required • Fast-paced startup experience is helpful but not required • Experience across US and European enterprise accounts is helpful but not required
