📋 Description

• Provide outpatient mental health services through Brave Health's telehealth program • Deliver therapy to patients across the lifespan, including adolescents ages 13–17 • Diagnose and treat mental health and/or substance abuse conditions • Develop treatment plans • Conduct comprehensive assessments • Partner with clients to achieve treatment goals • Provide approximately 30 patient-facing hours per week, typically seeing 6–8 patients per day • Complete clinical documentation concurrently during patient sessions • Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Work a fixed Monday–Friday schedule from 10am–7pm or 11am–8pm EST

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Private work-from-home space for patient safety and HIPAA purposes • Fluency in English • Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages is a plus • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning skills • Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals • Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments • Willingness to provide therapy to adolescents ages 13–17 • Approximately 30 patient-facing hours per week, typically seeing 6–8 patients per day • Ability to complete clinical documentation concurrently/during patient sessions • Active or associate therapist licensure or licensure application status as specified in the application
