📋 Description

• Provide full-time outpatient therapy services through Brave Health's telehealth program • Deliver mental health treatment remotely from a private home workspace • Provide care to patients across the lifespan, including adolescents aged 13–17 • Conduct one-on-one psychotherapy sessions • Diagnose and treat mental health and/or substance abuse conditions • Develop treatment plans and use comprehensive assessments • Partner with clients to achieve treatment goals • Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Complete approximately 30 patient-facing hours per week, typically seeing 6–8 patients per day • Complete clinical documentation concurrently during patient sessions • Potentially obtain additional state licenses as Brave Health expands

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Work-from-home space with privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes • Fluency in English • Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages is a plus • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning • Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals • Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments • Current independent clinical licensure • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed • Experience providing one-on-one psychotherapy within the last 12 months • Approximately 30 patient-facing hours per week, typically seeing 6–8 patients per day • Willingness to provide therapy to adolescents aged 13–17 • Comfort completing clinical documentation concurrently during patient sessions
