📋 Description

• Provide outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program • Provide mental health treatment to patients across the lifespan • Complete 30 client care hours per week, averaging six clients per day • Use mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses to inform care • Develop treatment plans • Conduct comprehensive assessments • Partner with clients to achieve their goals • Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Work Monday through Friday on a 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm CT schedule • Potentially obtain additional state licenses as Brave Health expands into new markets

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Work-from-home space with privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes • Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages a plus • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning • Comfortable utilizing telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals • Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments • Currently fully/independently licensed in at least one state • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as required
