📋 Description

• Provide outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program • Deliver compassionate, high-quality mental health care remotely • Provide mental health treatment to patients across the lifespan • Diagnose mental health and/or substance abuse conditions • Create treatment plans • Use comprehensive assessments • Partner with clients to achieve their goals • Conduct approximately 30 client-care hours per week, averaging 6 clients per day • Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Obtain additional state licenses as Brave Health expands into new markets

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Must hold unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Temporary or employer-dependent visa statuses are not supported • Must have a private work-from-home space for patient safety and HIPAA purposes • Fluency in English • Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages is a plus • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning • Comfort using technology, including telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals • Ability to use comprehensive assessments • Must be fully/independently licensed • Must be willing to obtain additional state licenses as required for market expansion • Availability for 30 client-care hours per week, averaging 6 clients per day • Experience with patients with chronic severe mental illness such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder
