📋 Description

• Provide outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program • Deliver compassionate, high-quality mental health care to patients across the lifespan • Conduct mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis and comprehensive assessments • Develop treatment plans • Partner with clients to achieve their goals • Provide approximately 30 client care hours weekly, averaging six clients per day • Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Support Brave Health's expansion into new markets by obtaining additional state licenses when required

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Private work-from-home space for patient safety and HIPAA purposes • Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; other languages a plus • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning • Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals • Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments • Current independent clinical licensure, including LCSW or equivalent credential • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed • Ability to complete 30 client care hours per week • Experience working with patients with chronic severe mental illness such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder
