📋 Description

• Provide full-time outpatient therapy services through Brave Health’s telehealth program • Deliver mental health treatment using telehealth technology • Provide care to patients across the lifespan, including adolescents ages 13–17 • Diagnose and treat mental health and/or substance abuse conditions • Develop treatment plans • Conduct comprehensive assessments • Partner with clients to achieve treatment goals • Complete approximately 30 patient-facing hours per week, typically seeing 6–8 patients per day • Complete clinical documentation concurrently during patient sessions • Work a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with fixed hours • Potentially obtain additional state licenses as Brave Health expands

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Work-from-home space with privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes • Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages is a plus • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning • Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals • Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments • Current independent clinical licensure/credential • Ability to commit to a fixed Monday–Friday schedule • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed • Experience providing one-on-one psychotherapy within the last 12 months • Willingness to provide therapy to adolescents ages 13–17 • Approximately 30 patient-facing hours per week, typically seeing 6–8 patients per day • Ability to complete clinical documentation concurrently during patient sessions
