📋 Description

• Provide outpatient mental health services through Brave Health's telehealth program • Deliver one-on-one psychotherapy to patients across the lifespan, including adolescents ages 13–17 • Treat mental health and/or substance abuse conditions • Develop treatment plans • Conduct comprehensive assessments • Partner with clients to achieve treatment goals • Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Complete clinical documentation concurrently during patient sessions • Provide approximately 30 patient-facing hours per week, typically seeing 6–8 patients per day • Collaborate with the clinical and recruiting teams through the application and matching process

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Eligibility to work in the United States • Ongoing, unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship or renewal • Private work-from-home space for patient safety and HIPAA purposes • Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages a plus • Meet background and regulatory requirements • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning • Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals • Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments • Current independent clinical licensure; willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed • Recent one-on-one psychotherapy experience • Willingness to provide therapy to adolescents ages 13–17 • Approximately 30 patient-facing hours per week, typically seeing 6–8 patients per day • Ability to complete clinical documentation concurrently during patient sessions • Commitment to a fixed Monday–Friday schedule
