📋 Description

• Provide full-time outpatient clinical services through Brave Health’s telehealth program • Deliver mental health treatment to patients across the lifespan • Complete 30 client-care hours per week, averaging six clients per day • Use mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses to inform care • Develop treatment plans and conduct comprehensive assessments • Partner with clients to achieve their goals • Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Work with patients with chronic severe mental illnesses such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder • Support Brave Health’s expansion into new markets by obtaining additional state licenses when required

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Eligibility to work in the United States • Ongoing, unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship or renewal • Private work-from-home space for patient safety and HIPAA compliance • Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; other languages a plus • Must meet background and regulatory requirements • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning • Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals • Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments • Currently fully/independently licensed in at least one state • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as required
