📋 Description

• Provide outpatient therapy services through Brave Health’s telehealth program • Deliver mental health treatment to patients across the lifespan, including adolescents ages 13–17 • Provide one-on-one psychotherapy • Diagnose and treat mental health and/or substance abuse conditions • Develop treatment plans • Conduct comprehensive assessments • Partner with clients to achieve treatment goals • Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Complete approximately 30 patient-facing hours per week, typically seeing 6–8 patients per day • Complete clinical documentation concurrently during patient sessions

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or comparable independent clinical license • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Private work-from-home space suitable for patient safety and HIPAA requirements • Fluency in English; Spanish preferred • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning • Proficiency with telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals • Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed • Ability to provide one-on-one psychotherapy • Willingness to treat adolescents ages 13–17 • Ability to complete approximately 30 patient-facing hours per week, typically seeing 6–8 patients per day • Ability to complete clinical documentation concurrently during patient sessions
